Hi MIchelle,

Glad had a great b-day - I love pizza and cake, too. SIGH

Yes, on the freezing thing, just leave it out on the counter to thaw - it works pretty well and at least you can't get into it all the time if it is frozen!

Did you have cake...I really want a piece of cake RIGHT now

We took her out for pizza and yes, she got a cake lol She wanted a Polly pocket cake so that's what she got. It was delicious and I have to admit, I had 2 pieces and then another huge bite of the icing from the bottom of the little toy that sat on top. (Gosh, I can't believe I admitted that) lol

Birthday cake is really my down fall, I tell ya. I seriously could've ate the whole thing. The funny thing is that really isn't a big cake fan.

We brought the cake home and I remember you or someone saying how they freeze them. I told DH I was freezing the rest (which was only about 2 1/2 pieces) and he said "hey, leave a piece out for me" So I guess when I want some of it I just take it out and let it thaw on the counter?

Anyway, she had a wonderful Birthday, probably her best ever.
