Well, I am thrilled to report, I had zero problems at all! I actually did very well with the workout,

YAY!! Good for you Darcy. Imax 2 is TOUGH. I remember doing this workout over and over until I could get through every blast. I had trouble with 3,5, and 9 and finally got through them. I modify just a bit on the plyos too.

Yay, Darcy. Good workout! I'm glad to hear you can do this type of workout - does this mean your prolapse is getting better, or are you just working around it?

I decided to be brave and attempt an Imax this morning.... I haven't done an imax since my prolapse and didn't think all of the bouncing around would go over very well. I actually went 10 days in a row w/out a day off, which I know isn't the greatest, but I wanted my rest day to be on Friday since Sawyer's field trip is then (which I'm VERY excited about) :)Anyway, happy Thursday everyone! I hope you have some awesome workouts!Darcy

Pretty much just working around it. I wear my pessary whenever I do cardio. I don't have to wear it at all for strength training though, and that is what they say is hard on it. It doesn't bother me at all though. I think kickboxing is the worst. It's when you have more intraabdominal pressure, is when it's the worst. TJ is probably the hardest so far for me to do, I think.

This is an old post, I'm still catching up, but just wanted to say how thrilled I am to hear you were able to do this again Darcy!!! Hooray!!!

Imaxes have a dread factor for me,

Oh for me too!! It sure is a good feeling when you finally MAKE yourself do it and then you're so happy when you're done. Just that feeling of accomplishment brings you back to do the workout again :))

I love doing my workouts in the a.m. so I can say "I'm done" but my body doesn't like them.
