Imax 2 is TOUGH. I remember doing this workout over and over until I could get through every blast. I had trouble with 3,5, and 9 and finally got through them. I modify just a bit on the plyos too. I'm glad to hear you can do this type of workout - does this mean your prolapse is getting better, or are you just working around it? Ever since I have been getting up early, this isn't an isssue - YA-HOO!!! It feels very weird to be off until Saturday. I actually went 10 days in a row w/out a day off, which I know isn't the greatest, but I wanted my rest day to be on Friday since Sawyer's field trip is then (which I'm VERY excited about) :)Anyway, happy Thursday everyone! I don't have to wear it at all for strength training though, and that is what they say is hard on it. It doesn't bother me at all though. I think kickboxing is the worst. It's when you have more intraabdominal pressure, is when it's the worst. TJ is probably the hardest so far for me to do, I think. Darcy Yay, Darcy. Good workout! It sure is a good feeling when you finally MAKE yourself do it and then you're so happy when you're done.
