Guest guest
Only had short workouts this week as I have been very busy each morning. I did TJ 20 minute workout along with Turbo abs on Monday and yesterday was T-Tapp Basic Plus workout along with the abs section of Fat Burning Yoga by Sara Ivanhoe. Today was pilates using the Caribbean Lower body and Core workout. Not much but certainly better than nothing. Well management pulled the trigger on my co-worker on Monday. She claimed she didn't get enough training (she got a lot more that the zero training I received), nobody helped her (not true), procedures weren't documented (ours isn't the best but again I came into 0 written procedures and wrote quite a bit of what we have). No responsibility for her errors and bad attitude at all. Although I now have more work again, at least the stuff that's going out is accurate. She just didn't have the skill set or customer service skills necessary to be an analyst in HR. I feel bad about it as she is a single mom with 4 kids (one in college) but she should have worked that much harder to keep her job.
