Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I did not one, but two TJ workouts this morning! I originally thought I'd do Kickin' Core or Kick, Punch and Jam, but then I realized I hadn't done Fat Blaster in a long time. So, I ended up doing TJ Cardio Party Remix (approx 30 minutes of " Cardio Party " style TJ, with two turbos - sometimes I rewind and do 4 turbos....but not today) and TJ Fat Blaster which I haven't done in a long time. In the Fat Blaster workout you do 4 turbos " interval " style - slower paced to learn the moves/bring the heart rate down from the previous turbo and then again at " turbo " speed. This sort of eased my guilt about not doing an interval workout this week as this is an interval workout, albeit, an easier one for me. Each Turbo is 1 1/2 to 2 minutes long. I got a good, but not a killer workout. I think Tony's Plyo X really increaed my cardio capacity as I do find it harder and harder to challenge myself now with cardio. I may just have to use that treadmill and run! I would love to run outdoors, but I think that will have to wait until the fall when DD is in school full time. She is going to camp this summer, but summers here are just not good for running! I warmed up with T-Tapp as usual and I stretched out on my own while watching the " bonus " materials on Fat Blaster. I still find it odd that they filmed Chalene's house - but it was fun to see where she lives. I do love the staircase in her entryway, too. Actually, I love that style of architecture. Anyway off to work! GRR! Take care, Donna ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ You rock.
