I'm ready to put my excuses behind me and start to hit the ground running. My goal is -15 lbs. by the end of the challenge, but in reality, I am just looking to get lean & ripped again. I may readjust my goal once I can really assess where I am at body fat wise. I'm at 5'6 " , 150 lbs.(weighed myself for the first time in MONTHS...155 with clothes & shoes, so this is an estimate). I actually thought it'd be worse, so I was pleasantly surprised. It's week 1, day 3, so woo hoo...let the games begin. So I'm aiming at about a 15 lb. loss that would put me approximately 15% bf(I'm not exactly sure where I am at now, probably 22-25%, though). I've been as low as 10%, so I feel like a cow right now. I'm trying to be realistic & optimistic, though. I don't want to get " skinny " ...just lean & mean(and actually look like I work out!)
