Hi M -

Thanks for the welcome back. I've missed being here!

Stuff fell apart for August, and I wanted to see if I was ready to

" live " bfl without being self-regimented. I wasn't!

I intended to get back on track when the kids started school - easier

for me with the daily routines. But that proved harder than I

hoped. I am back on track for the past week or so. I probably

gained about 5-8 pounds; not great, not terrible.

Mostly I find it all very useful information. And fascinating that

I didn't like how I felt, but couldn't get back on the swing of

it. I feel soooo much better when I eat and exercise! And it's

interesting that the 5-8 pounds I regained seem to be really dramatic

- by that I mean I can really see/feel the difference. At the time I

couldn't see the diff. Fool that I was!

Etana has had progress in terms of attitude, but nothing on the scale.
