Guest guest
Also used our kitchen step stool, as usual, for theleg presses (lots of leg presses) (did I mention all the leg presses?) Ineed to preview High Step Training If you think HSC has a lot of leg presses then you haven't done HST yet. I'm famous for hating leg presses and the first time I did HST I couldn't believe all the leg presses. I knew after that first time that from then on I'd either be subbing and doing calve raises or just doing the cardio and upper body. Need a new ride? Guest guest
Thanks, Carolyn. HSC is beginner/int though, and I'll be modifying Drill Max, for sure. So I'm not at the level of IMAXs back to back or anything! I'll still be your hero, though. <cheeky grin> Speaking of modifying, I had Cardio and Weights on the schedule for today, but I'm dragging because I couldn't get to sleep last night...so I'm thinking only a little of the cardio part, with the weights. Just no energy....zzzzz Have you been enjoying the sunshine with Chinook? -----Original Message----- From: exercisevideos Stuparyk wrote: > I broke down and bought High Step Circuit and Drill Max.
