Guest guest
Hi Carolyn, The title is really a misnomer, there isn't any "dance" in the workout at all. Perhaps the first part of the warm-up is considered dance - it is some very nice "circular" stretches, but the rest is all yoga, and even that section is very yoga like to me as well. They probably threw "dance" into the title to make it more trendy or something! This one is good. I have one of 's true dance workouts and I haven't done it yet - been in the virgin pile for way too long - I should pull it out and do it so I can know if it is a keeper or not! Donna>I did Moreno's Yoga> Dance Fusion this morning - I did the full length (50 Minute) practice - > it felt great. yay! im glad that you are enjoying patricia's workouts... i really like her too.i think that i want to buy this one, but the title is throwing me off.im wondering what the dance portion is of this fusion.i would love to do yoga with patricia, but i dont want to do any choreographed dancing.(i dont mind a couple of ballet exercises thrown in, for example, if that is what the 'dance' part is).please let me know, thanks donna!:*carolyn.
