Joana,

I was just reading your post and I felt compelled to

write you. I will keep you in my thoughts and

prayers. Fighting depression makes everything else

100 times worse. I have went through the same thing a

couple of times. I really thought that I was losing

my mind. The days just seem to drag on, and how I

felt mentally affected everything. It even increased

my pain. There is a commercial here in the states

that says " depression hurts " and that is so true.

I have never been to London, but is it true that the

weather can be gloomy? Have you maybe considered a

mood lamp that you can sit under so many minutes a

day? I know that there is not a quick fix for this,

but maybe trying several small things together could

bring you some relief. Something else that might help

is researching the benefits of Fish Oil supplements.

There are so many things that it is good for. Ive

been taking it religiously now for two years. You may

have to take it for a solid month before you see a

difference.

About a year ago, I switched to Flax Seed Oil,

thinking that it might be even better. Within 3 or 4

days my knees and elbows were hurting so much that I

could'nt go work out. I made the connection and

switched back. I won't be doing that anymore. ;)

One day I was watching Oprah, and she had a Dr. on

there that said that if every human could ever take

just one supplement over the course of their lives it

would be Fish Oil. I deffinately agree with him.

Anyway, here I am just rambling on.

Just remember that what ever you have to do to feel

like yourself again, that is OK. Tomorrow is another

day, all we can do is take it one day at a time.

Also, do something special for yourself.(Big or Small)

You deserve it. We all do!

I Really Do Wish You The Best,

in Virginia
