Guest guest Posted March 11, 2007 Report Share Posted March 11, 2007 I plan to start my first challenge in a few weeks, and my bench does not have the option for bench press, leg lifts, or hamstring curls. What exercises could I plan for full upper and lower body workouts without these options at home. I will not be attending a gym. Thanks.
