I so agree about equipment pick up and put away gripes with strength training. One of the reasons I like Firm It Up! so much is that there' no equipment needed, yet it fries the lower body. Pilates does too. But yes, eventually we need to pick up those Neoprene dumbells and work it all differently. It will be fun to see what you select!
