Hi Ladies,

I hope everyone is having much success with their challenges. I

haven't been posting here for awhile since everything has mostly been

on track with my challenge 2. I've been pretty disciplined with

regards to my diet, splurged out on my free day and on the whole done

my workouts according to plan.

Everything seems fine and yet, somehow I still feel a little

disappointed. I'm not sure what I was expecting but I think I had

hoped that my results at this stage would be more dramatic since I had

less fat to lose or by now I'd be more toned or there would be a

dramatic whoosh or something.

Anyway, I've been monitoring my results on the scale quite closely

since I started my second challenge, possibly because I don't bother

with measurements (I'm already neurotic enough).

I was wondering whether some of the members that have been doing BFL

would mind taking a look at my results and letting me know if

everything seems alright. Any tips for surviving challenge 2 are also

dearly welcome at this stage.

On a more positive note, my local gym has just started a " member of

the month " initiative and I was the first recipient. The trainers at

the gym interviewed me about my workouts and I basically told them the

details of body for life without naming the program. They knew that I

was doing body for life anyway.. I also told them about my diet, the

interval training and that I had lost 13 kgs in the last 14 weeks.

They've put all the information and my picture in a frame on the desk

as you walk into the gym. I felt terribly embarrassed but I thought if

it helps someone then it will be worth it.

Anyway, I was talking to one of the trainers at the gym earlier in the

week and she mentioned that a couple had come in and wanted to try BFL

together and asked the trainers to make them up a workout based on the

book. Apparently, it was the trainers first introduction to the book

and now they are even putting their private clients on the program

without telling them it's BFL. I was really excited because when I

first started BFL a few months back, the trainers response to me doing

the program was not overly enthusiastic, the female trainer at my gym

has since told me that was because the owner/trainer wasn't previously

familiar with it. She also told me that now she has even started the

prprogram..hehe. :)

I've noticed that the pace on the exercise bikes has really picked up

as well. I tell everyone that's interested that I do BFL if I get the

opportunity. Sorry about the long post.

all the best
