Sparks' calculation

You know, you may want to go back and reenter your stats. I'm 5 feet 8

inches and weigh 147 lbs. Sparks tells me that to achieve my goal

weight I need to consume 1200 to 1500 calories per day. It just seems

intuitively to me that if you're 250 that your intake should be higher

than the number you got from Sparks.
