Guest guest
Oh, I wish I only had one rest day! More like 4! The only things I did last week was teach opps, I didn't realize that was your plan for THIS week... DUH. Still, you always hang in there so I think you're great! ~*~~*~Wondering what's for Dinner Tonight? Get new twists on family favorites at AOL Food. Guest guest
Hi ! Call it an "active recovery" week! Buying a home is stressful for sure, we've done it several times, as well as refinanced twice, and it is a pain to deal with and stressful, too. It doesn't really get any easier, no matter how often you do it - so much to think about and always last minute stuff pops up! Hang in there, it will get better! Donna p.s. And, it is always all worth it when it is over! Subject: MIchelle, Kassia, Jen / a sucky workout weekTo: exercisevideos Date: Sunday, May 18, 2008, 9:23 PM Oh, I wish I only had one rest day! More like 4! The only things I did last week was teach one class, walk at lunch, and take a tough step class. I'm on day 5 of doing NADA. I *might* get some yoga in tonite, we'll see. I don't have much of a track record this week. I did go on a gentle walk with a friend but I doubt I even burned 100 calories doing that, though it was great for the spirit. Part of me is really going to miss this cool neighborhood! But I'm also very, very excited to explore my new neighborhood, Montavilla! In 10 years or so Montavilla will be just as trendy and cute as the Hawthorne neighborhood I'm in now! Kassia, you hit the nail on the head. The paperwork and waiting and red tape is a nightmare! And even that's not so bad, it's just the unforseeable financial FUTURE that is overwhelming. But yes, I'll at last have a gym space (the garage since I don't have and probably never will have a car) and am sooooooooooo excited about this! Jen, I am right there with you on the sluggish exercise bandwagon this week and I give you sympathetic and empathetic hugs! Looks like we could both use a good Ramp It Up day with Debbie, huh! I'm considering doing that one instead of Tracey Mallett, actually. Care to join me tomorrow for Ramp It Up? We can compare and contrast reviews together? Whaddaya say? Are you with me? Missing you all and will go back and read the digest now. I am really a better person all around when I exercise regularly! I have house stuff to do during my lunch hour tomorrow and will probably not get to do my bridge walk wannh! Okay, DONE whining! Less talk, more action!
