Guest guest Posted June 10, 2007 Report Share Posted June 10, 2007 hey everyone..i have a problem. due to my work schedule i simply can not workout at the gym in the morning. i can only get there at 4pm. will it really make a huge difference? i actually am only looking to lose 10-15 pounds of fat, and i know the less you have to lose the harder it is. but at the same time, its such a great workout that im sure no matter what i will see some kind of result. anyone else only workout in the PM?
