The CMT is making it hard for me to type most days. My hands are usually stiff and sore. My pain doctor and I have got the pain I experienced in my hands for seven plus years to a ZERO level. That's right!! I am beginning to live again. My feet are completely numb. I have no feeling until just below my knee. I can barely move my toes. It seems my hands are following the same path. But, I have no idea what the future holds and today is glorious, so I live for today! I wanted to tell everyone in pain that my doctor put me one Suboxone. It is usually used to get narcotic addicts off narcotics (like methadone), and it has a narcotic in there to relieve the withdrawal symptoms. This was a last straw, I had tried every other pain medication before and low and behold, this was it. Within 2-3 days I was without pain. Previously, the best was a 4-6 level. And,like I said before, I am at a ZERO level. I wanted to tell all, because I have found that alot of doctors and pharmacists have not heard of this medication. I have no idea if it will help anyone else, If you are without hope as I was, it may be wise to ask your doctor about this. Thank you everyone for being here in this great internet world.
