hi-lo and abs sunday

morning all,i started to do the low impact aerobics from kathy ireland's total fitness workout. the first 7 mins were so boring so i shut it off and went for something else. i did cathe's SJP all hi-lo segments,abs/planks,and stretch. i don't know why cathe won't venture into some hi-lo workouts more. its seems all her floor cardio is strictly kickboxing aside from this workout(which the orginial workout has step in it as well) and MIC(which is half hi-lo half step). even though its higher impact with lots of turns, its still hi-lo movements in simple combos. i think she would do good with at least a few more hi-lo workouts.the abs on this workout are tough b/c she doesn't give you a break when doing crunch variations and she is always changing the tempo on most of the exercises. the plank work is variations of knee ins, leg lifts, and side plank rotations. going to try another stott workout later if all goes well. have a great
