I think I " m sticking to the portions pretty well and not waiting more than 3 hours, but holy cow! Today I had 1 egg + some egg beaters and oatmeal at about 6:30. It's now 9:25 and I could eat a cow! My goal is fat loss, so I know I'm supposed to have a calorie deficit, but I think I must be doing something wrong. It's not TOM so that's not it. This doesn't really happen in the afternoon. Any ideas or suggestions? (I do my workouts at night, if that is a factor) --------------------------------- Finding fabulous fares is fun. Let Yahoo!
