Okay, so I can't believe I waited so long to do this workout (other than

going through the weights-only premix). What fun! What pain! What

exhaustion! LOL My dh thinks I'm totally nuts, as I groaned and moaned

(and occasionally cursed) throughout the workout, but bugged him to join me

because it was FUN. He declined, needless-to-say. I had to modify (oh, the

jumping!) a bit, but I'm looking forward to being able to do it all,

eventually. And man, did I pull a by waking up with wicked DOMS in

my upper body. I'm thinking it was the burpees, and other upper body

torture moves...wasn't expecting that at all. My knees are complaining a

bit, but not too much.

This morning my dh and I tried to walk to the library, but 3 minutes in -

honestly - it started to pour rain. So we turned around and came home....I

walked on the tmill for 20 minutes before supper, but it wasn't enough, so I

talked dh into trying again after supper, and this time we had a good

half-hour walk around town. Lovely evening. My upper body is loosening up

nicely, too.

OMG BC. i have only done the fittv version and that is TOUGH. i have also done two workouts from her terminator dvd which has nearly all the BC segments mixed up in there. kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will

Yes, I was talking about Cathe. Duh - should have mentioned that important fact, shouldn't I? LOL She's a favourite with me, too, Darcy.

I previewed Body Max for tomorrow. Think I'll skip the first step aerobics part, and go to the cardio/lower body intervals and then the upper body work.

Great job, . I love circuit workouts, the time always goes by so fast for me. Those terminator runs are killer! :)

Uh oh. I hope yours isn't as bad as mine. I'm into my second day and STILL feeling it A LOT.

Which Boot Camp workout did you do? There's so many out there now.

My DH always tells me "you do it to yourself" and then he chuckles. lol

i have only done the fittv version and that is TOUGH

This is one workout I don't enjoy doing. I don't like the abs included in each blast. I usually do the 'everything but core" premix. That ones not too bad, but I still don't care for the workout too much.

Hi Kassia. It's the first one. Came on the Power Hour+ dvd. Body Max looks different than other circuit workouts because it starts with just step aerobics, then moves to step and lower body intervals, then just strength. Good idea, I think. I'll have to take a peek at Body Max 2, to see if it is set up the same. I'm really enjoying these shorter cardio interval workouts - I didn't realize Cathe had them. Body Fusion and Cardio and Weights have much longer step sections, and I always feel like I'm not getting enough weight work. Those were the circuits I started with, and didn't really like. But for cardio junkies, it must be perfect. :-)
