I finished 12 weeks!

Well am done! As far as I know I lost 25lbs and gained 8lbs of

muscle I don't have the last 2 weeks results yet.

I am thinking of taking a week break, I just feel like I need it,

motivation is low. From here I am going into 22 weeks of competition

prep for a figure comp. My question is do I stick strictly to clean

eating while taking a break from lifting and HIIT, or do I have a

couple cheat foods during the week but eat clean 75% of the time? What

would be the best?

CONGRATS on the awesome weight loss and muscle gain! You must be SO

proud of yourself! Do you have any Before/After pics, or Before/After

weight and body fat stats? Great job!!!

Thank you :) I'll post stats in a day or so, I am bloated atm from my

last free meals and I havn't been drinking water like I should. I may

just go ahead and weigh and measure I don't know. I have before pics

no after pic yet, not sure I want to post them lol. I still have about

55 lbs to go.
