Guest guest Posted April 10, 2007 Report Share Posted April 10, 2007 Well am done! As far as I know I lost 25lbs and gained 8lbs of muscle I don't have the last 2 weeks results yet. I am thinking of taking a week break, I just feel like I need it, motivation is low. From here I am going into 22 weeks of competition prep for a figure comp. My question is do I stick strictly to clean eating while taking a break from lifting and HIIT, or do I have a couple cheat foods during the week but eat clean 75% of the time? What would be the best? I may just go ahead and weigh and measure I don't know. I have before pics no after pic yet, not sure I want to post them lol.
