Hello Ajay,

Very Welcome!!!

I am Joana from London, and have CMT type 1A. I hope you will find very helpful

to be here with us, we don't feel alone somehow!

I can understand sometimes life is not easy but you are very young

and there are a lot of things you could do to improve the way you

feel right now.

One of the most important thing I think it is to do exercises...

Have you done any Physiotherapy or Hydrotherapy before? If not, please consider

to go and see a good professional to help you out there. Someone who does

understand CMT.

I am much older than you and my doctor always told me to exercise at

all times, but in my own speed...Take it easy! Be always very gentle and slowly

you will gain more energy and flexibility with your body.

I too take Vit C (5000 mg a day) and Maca for energy level, but in

India you also have Ashwagandha, it may help you too!Have a look!

Acid lipoic, Malic acid, Vit E, Calcium Eap2, Magnesium, those all

suppose to be very good for us.

I can understand the way you feel because I also have many of this

symptoms but since I started to exercise gradually things got better

in time. Exercises and good supplements I think it is the key for all of us.
