This is my fourth week with BFL I have so far been doing everything by

the book, or at least I think I have been. I have been sick this last

week , taken three days off of working out and I have no appatite (I

think it's from my antibiotics). I'm still trying to eat good but all I

really want is fruit, I make myself eat proteins but I know it's not

enough. I haven't lost any weight yet, I do feel little a difference

in my clothes. I'm so confused, and I'm really starting to wonder if

I'm doing things right. I would appreciate any advice and

encouragment!!!
