Guest guest Posted April 9, 2007 Report Share Posted April 9, 2007 Is one better than the other? I am entering week 7. Up until this point, I have been doing primarily lifting with machines. Today, I did my upper body workout with dumbells and barbells (lots of lunges, squats, etc.) that I hadn't used before and feel like I had a much better workout.
