Hi,

I did this one about two weeks ago - I did one of the pre-mixes (maybe Good NRG?) It really wasn't that hard to follow. The pre-mix I did had combos 1, 3 & 4 on it. Combo 2 looks the hardest to me. I didn't use the med ball for the first run through b/c I felt that she moved too quickly - once I get more familiar with it I will probably add it in. I did enjoy the workout though. Hmmm...maybe I should do it tomorrow! I tend to not do some workouts enough due to the size of my collection. I definately would like to do this one and the BOSU workout I did yesterday a few times more so I can get better at them.

I thought her hair was just pulled up - but I guess it is really short!

I've just been previewing Amy Bento's In the Ring. She got long previews (10 m) which is nice. I wanted to ask someone, did she chop all her hair off? It sure looks like it. I wouldn't think all her hair could be pulled up that tight.

This workout is nuts. She tries to fit SO many moves in that it makes it look so complicated. I'm sure its not one of those workouts where it just looks complicated and then when you go to do it its easier than you thought. No way, not with Amy.

I have to say though that the workout looks fun. I like her set and the music, but why does she find it necessary to try to do a whole bunch of moves in what seems like 30 seconds.

I'm just thinking out loud over here, don't mind me. lol I was curious though about her hair.
