I am trying to lose a lot of fat!!! I have been eating and doing

HIIT BFL style for a few months(notice I didn't say weights). I

have a lot of fat to lose so I have had good results so far. I

usually do cardio and HIIT in the morning on the treadmill in my

basement and then later on in the evening I sometimes succeed to

getting back downstairs to lift weights. Weightlifting has been a

problem for me because I don't know how to do it, what I should be

doing, when I should be doing, how hard I should be doing it,

etc.... If I want the max results for fat loss what do I have to

do? I am confused as to what is best. I have tried BFL weight

lifting.... Someone told me to lift 20 reps 1 set of legs, back,

chest, shoulders, tris and bis with 20 ab muscles between each body

part....do this three times every day 7 days a week...IS this better

for weight loss? So far I haven't..... this person also said that

the bfl way of lifting was only to bulk up.....so the other way I

was told was best for weight loss? Now that's what I was told....I

am not saying that is the way to go beceause I don't know my

weights.....So if anyone can tell me what would work or has worked

for weights while losing weight, please let me know. Or will both

ways work? Can I alternate? Do bfl weights on non HIIT days and do

the other way on off HIIT days. Also, I have been doing some extra

cardio in the morning compared to dog walking ......Is it okay to

lift weights right after the extra cardio? I would rather get it

over with in the morning, both cardio and weightlfiting....than get

back downstairs in the evening. Would it be better to start off

with the 7 days a week things, move to bfl weightlifting later..?

Or should I just follow the book? lol....See how confused I am

about weights....?!

Thanks!
