Neck 12.5 (no change) Chest 34.75 to 32.5 Waist 30 to 28.25 Hips 38 to 36.5 Thigh 21.5 to 20.5 Calf 13.75 to 13.5 Upper Arm 11.5 to 11 Lower Arm 9 (no change) BF 21% 2 weeks ago Overall I am pleased with my results. My goal for this 12 weeks was to be about a 1/2 inch smaller in a few places, but that is ok. I'll give my final results at the end of next week. I do plan to continue this for another *challenge*. My strength has been exercising. It is much easier for me to get up at 6:30am to do my exercises and I have only missed a few. My weakness is my eating. I have not stuck to the plan 100%. It is not like I am eating junk food though, just carby meals like cereal and yogurt at times. I am sure that is why I have seen a plateau.
