Hi everyone. Yesterday I did a mile walk, just for my own information. Did

it in a slow 19 mins 1 second. Sigh. I'm working on getting back to

walking faster - haven't really pushed it since last summer, when my knees

went wonky. So far, pushing it a little hasn't hurt them, so there's no

real excuse. :-) Anyway, with warm up and cool down, I was walking for a

half-hour. It was dh's birthday, so that was it for a workout.

Today I pulled out Yogilates level 2, which I haven't done in months (and it

showed). I'm so out-of-yoga-shape. Then I had to preview three library

exercise dvds, so I hopped on the tmill for a walk - 25 mins later, I had 3

dvds to go back, unused. Ick. Our library system often seems to go for

wimpy, bad audio workouts. I guess they are cheaper...but I'm tempted to

offer some suggestions - of course, from my wish list!

I've seen many good workouts posted lately. Well done, group!

Anyway, tomorrow starts another week of Cathe circuits
