I am really enjoying it so I thought I would find out if there was a Yahoogroups for BFL. Guess what I found? I have some questions about BFL. I have already read the regularly asked questions. Is it more important to do the whole 20 mins or get to a 10. The reason I ask is because I am at a point in my cardio that I feel if I increase it I won't be able to finish the 20 mins. But, I am at a point on my normal routine that I don't feel like I am hitting a 10 at that last minute. My heart rate does get up to 180 bpm so I would think, logically, this would be a 10. Does anyone have any suggestions? One more question. Last week when I did my weight workout I could hardly move. This week I am doing the same routine and am not sore at all. Does that mean that I am not doing enough and should increase the weight? I love the diet. I even took my kids out for ice cream the other day and didn't feel hungry or tempted to buy some for myself. Anyway, I can't wait until I start seeing a change.
