Intro/Looking for reassurance

Hi everyone! I've been lurking and thought I would introduce myself

:) My name is and I've been doing BFL for 4 weeks now. I

haven't seen much change in the scale but my boyfriend swears he sees

some changes and I feel a lot better (no more cravings, fairly even

energy). Anyway, I just wanted to know if I'm on the right track

nutritionally - I've been hovering between 1300-1600 calories except

free days, which are now becoming just a weekly free meal and doing my

workouts at home. I'm turning 24 in May, I'm 5'6 1/2 and 138 pounds

with probably about 23% bodyfat (not very buff at all).

A typical day would be:

1. 1/3 c oats, 1/2 c Soy Slender (35 cal), 4 egg whites

2. Myoplex lite

3. WW wrap (80 cal), 3 oz turkey, 1 c veggies

4. Myoplex Lite

5. 3 oz some kind of lean meat, 3 -4 oz sweetpotato, 2 c green veggies

6. 1/2 c no fat cottage cheese, 1 pc fruit or 1 T flax oil or PB

OR

scoop of protein powder with 1 T flax or PB

I just ordered some Betagen and plan to take it after my weight

workouts (3x a week). Any feedback or advice would be much appreciated!
