Have you noticed any difference since you have implemented this into your

regimen?

BTW--I just started doing this; not enough time to see if it works; in any case,

I was searching around for a source for leucine when I found that one of the

best foods for it is good old cottage cheese. I just bring a little to the gym

and eat a small amount.

Best Regards,

beth

I'd love to hear back in a few weeks from those doing this to see how much

of a difference it makes. I think its important not to get bogged down in

the minutia sometimes, you know?

I just mean it gets to a point where it can be overwhelming, especially for

those new to fitness and nutrition, when in reality if your eating small,

balanced meals often, and lifting heavy things, you're doing good (in the

beginning I mean). Fine tuning comes after you've got the basics down

and/or results slow down.
