Wow, Monday already.

This morning I did Low Impact Circuit total body premix. I didn't do the abs at the end because I have abs in tomorrow's workout.

This is a nice quick routine if you wanted to get a lot in a short amount of time. Not sure why she calls this total body because the legs aren't really worked much at all. I'll do a yoga routine focusing on legs this evening.

Here's the breakdown:

Side Lungs/Overhead Press/Statue of Liberty 2 - 5 lb Lateral Raise- 5 lbOverhead Press BB- 25 lb External Rotations- Band Dip/Knee Lift/Kick w/Bicep Curl- 5 lb Biceps Curls BB/Band 20/band - 25 lbCrazy 8s BB 25 lbStraddle Pushups Toes Headbangers BB - 25 lb Kickbacks DB - 8 lb One Leg Squat R/L DB- 8 lb Staggered Pushups R/L Staggered Uneven Pushups Lat Pulldown - Band Scapular Retractions - Band Standing Rows-Band (I used my bar bell. I don't feel this exercise that much with the band and my bar bell was already out so I used 30 lb)

Weather is supposed to improve this week, I sure hope so.
