Donna in London,

I hear you and you are so right, with yoga I feel better with

my balance and some what with core strength but not weight loose.

The gym I go they have indoor and outdoor swiming pool. It looks so

great just jumping in and swim, but I don't know how and I'm really

afraid of the water.

Gretchen loves aqua aerobics and they have it at the gym but don't

think I will get into one soon.
