Guest guest Posted May 11, 2006 Report Share Posted May 11, 2006 Donna in London, I hear you and you are so right, with yoga I feel better with my balance and some what with core strength but not weight loose. The gym I go they have indoor and outdoor swiming pool. It looks so great just jumping in and swim, but I don't know how and I'm really afraid of the water.
