I just figured these last few days of the month would be perfect for these workouts. Thanks for the tips on the camel pose. I think no matter how I do this pose my low back will hurt. I've even just tried keeping my fists on my low back and bending, but it still hurts. I can do the pose just fine (even with my toes flat on the floor), but its when its over is when I get the achy feeling back there.
