Guest guest
Thank you for your lovely descriptions of mimosa - you are so fortunate to have it blooming in your area. The only thing the branches outside my window are heavy with is snow, but it gives me such joy to think of sunshine-filled mimosa blossoms! One of my favorite flowers for sure, I wish I had some to tincture right now :-)! ~

I'm also in the bay area (again finally) and I was walking home the other night and was just stunned by the smell of these again. I climbed a fence to get at some of the blossoms. The diffused smell in the air was somehow much more beautiful and intense then the smell of the blossoms up close. Enfleurage? Alcohol tincture? Oil infusion? thanks- Zee
Guest guest
Hi, I love mimosa flowers. I am still waiting to see them. Still early over here. Last year, I have tried to tincture in alcohol and sweet almond oil as well as jojoba oil. The one in alcohol was not good...enfleurage would be better. I prefer the one in jojoba oil. Going to try again this year! If you tincture them, please let me know what you get. Angi (Perfumenatural)
