Woohoo...3 days in a row I crawled out of my comfy bed at 4:30 and

headed to the gym. Today was lower body...and its a good thing cause

my arms are still sore from Monday! lol I had a fairly good workout

which means next time I need to increase the weight. Finished off

with a good 15 minute walk on the treadmill to stretch out the muscles

a little. Hopefully that will help keep them from being horribly sore

tomorrow morning when its cardio time again! I'm determined to leave

the gym tomorrow wrung out after cardio - need to burn the fat so the

release of the new drug Alli which will be in the drugstores tomorrow

doesn't tempt me! lol
