Guest guest
4:00am at least 5 days a week starting tomorrow. You know, just get the cardio over w/. I hope I can pull it off. 4am is mighty early. Good for you. I know you can do it. I couldn't imagine getting up that early and doing cardio, I wouldn't have the energy. ~*~~*~Need a new ride? Guest guest
Glad you have a plan Dani - you can do it!Darcy Hey Everyone! Well, I've done some thinking over the last few hours, and I plan on getting back on track with my cardio. I stepped on the scale this morning and I was up about 4.5 lbs. I think it's muscle, since I've been doing a lot of weight training, but I think it's time to do more cardio. So my plan is to get up at 4:00am at least 5 days a week starting tomorrow. You know, just get the cardio over w/. I hope I can pull it off.
Guest guest
Wow, Up at 4 am I really admire that dedication. Unfortunately I am still in a slump. I'm thinking it may be hormonal. after gaining a pound last week despite my efforts of stepping up my exercise & trying to eat less i am truly discouraged. I didn't exercise last nite & I am feeling too tired to do so to nite. I hope at can get back on track soon. I'm thinking once the weather stays consistently warm I will start riding my bike, I really love to ride & I found out there is a bike trail not too far from my home DiDarcy Ledman wrote: Glad you have a plan Dani - you can do it!Darcy On Sun, Apr 20, 2008 at 7:02 PM, le Blaylock <danielle.blaylockhotmail> wrote: Hey Everyone! Guest guest
Yeah- I barely managed to get up at 4am yesterday. I got to bed way too late though; I usually can't fall asleep until 12-1, so that sort of doesn't help. I didn't get up at 4 today, though. But tomorrow's another day, right? That's a great commitment to try, and 1/2 an hour is the perfect amount- not too long and not too short. Good luck w/ that! It's amazing what a positive attitude can do, or so I'm told (when it comes to myself, I'm anything but positive). dani From: Di Sent: Tuesday, April 22, 2008 6:43 AM To: exercisevideos Subject: Re: Dani's plan for next week Thanks Dani, Did u get up at 4am & exercise? Guest guest
That's the only time I can do it w/o being majorly interrupted. I have classes at college that start at 8:00, and I have a long drive to get there, too. Once I get back from classes, there is always someone around that wants to do something. And I find that if I don't exercise early in the morning the only other time is late at night. So it's either-or. I hate getting up that early, well, at least I hate it at the moment. dani From: from Michigan Sent: Wednesday, April 23, 2008 1:51 AM To: exercisevideos Subject: Re: Dani's plan for next week Why do you have to get up at 4am to exercise? I'm thinking once the weather stays consistently warm I will start riding my bike, I really love to ride & I found out there is a bike trail not too far from my home DiDarcy Ledman <exercise.junkiegmail> wrote: Glad you have a plan Dani - you can do it!Darcy On Sun, Apr 20, 2008 at 7:02 PM, le Blaylock <danielle.blaylockhotmail> wrote: Hey Everyone! Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile. Try it now. Guest guest
Hooray for you Di!! You had a great workout day! I'll be interested in hearing about your Firm video too. Go for it! Re: Dani's plan for next week Wow, Up at 4 am I really admire that dedication.
