I hate it when I can't decide what to do. How do you all decide which workout video to do?

Great workout day Dani!!!

I plan a rotation every month. So I know exactly what I'll be doing every single day. I keep a dry eraser board in the room I workout in so all I have to do is look up at it and get the workout out that I need. After the workout is done I just erase for that day.

I couldn't just get up everyday without a plan, I'd be so messed up because like you, I'd sit there for an hour trying to figure out what to do. By then, half my day would be done and I'd be running around trying to get everything done.

Good for you on the 1 mile job.

Hi Everyone!

Yesterday I managed to get up a little earlier and do TJ: Burn before leaving the house.

Today I've done:

1 mile jog- I hated every single step/leap of it

TJ:20 min workout

I still have some energy, and everyone has gone to bed, so I think I'll do some more cardio. Not sure what I want to do, though. Decisions, decisions. I can't make up my mind. Maybe I'll try TJ: Cardio Party, or DA#1, or KS#2 ( Kathy Timesaver, the cardio one which has one add-on combo=KS#1 and a hi/lo=KS#2). I hate it when I can't decide what to do. How do you all decide which workout video to do? I have so many that I can't keep track of them anymore.

dani-ooh....and maybe I'll add on some ab work, too, while I'm at it
