Hi Mandi,

A very good article , thanks for posting.Low muscle tone , very thin,

delayed motor skills ...the description fits Avi completely.

He also has the VDR mutations - VDR Bsm/Taq +/- ,VDR Taq +/-.

I've started him on Vit D3 last week.

Cheers

Hi Mandi

Hoping to introduce this supplement. Can you tell me when it should be given ie empty stomach/with food and I assume its water soluble so should the dose be split to a couple of times over the day or is it OK to give it in one dose?

TIA

Kay.

I encourage you to read the whole thing. Sam has the VDR mutations mentioned here and for first time in his lofe is now tanning beautifully (I just have to keep looking at him he looks great!) having taken 2,000ius for several months over the winter and 1,000ius of D3 per day since April when summer came for the month. I also think the Vitamin K2 (5mg per day) hasplayed a role in his new ability to tan.

FWIW
