Guest guest Posted April 14, 2008 Report Share Posted April 14, 2008 Hi, This evening I did Yoga Zone Power Yoga. This is a challenging routine. Bennet leads this workout and does very little of the poses which I find a little annoying. She gets into the pose right when she's getting ready to do something else. I don't why she wastes her time. I really like her. Her voice is nice and she instructs great, but I wish she'd do the routine along with the other two people. She does a sun salutation series on each leg and each side is done for 15 minutes. Needless to say, my legs were feeling pretty cooked. She starts out doing the poses slow and holding them as she goes through and then speeds them up. I wanted to do this one just for the fact that it worked my legs, which I didn't get much of this morning. In the past when I've done this workout I've been sore the next day, so that says a lot about this routine. Anyone who's done this one knows what I'm talking about.
