red musk, saffron and oak ...

hi guys,

been reading for a while and as i'm against the wall finding answers on a couple

issues, thought you might be able to help!

1) i'm been hunting (for months now) for a good red musk recipe, any ideas

where to look? or does someone have one?

2) saffron, love it, but it's sooooo expensive. i've tried a couple

inexpensive oils which smell of root beer almost. anyone know what's causing

that? a saffron replacement?

3) wood wood wood! i keep seeing oak pop up in recipes and don't know how it

gets there. is someone just creative with their copy or do they know something

i don't?
