I'm late responding to this post, but this is very true. I didn't

realize how much I was eating until I began monitoring my meals. Here in

America, we're brainwashed to view large portions as average portions.

Most people eat enough for 3 people at each meal. Eating really is one

of the most important aspects to fat loss. Lea
