Guest guest
Thanks for replies on S Boulardii, so I'll try and give it first thing am. But he has an enzyme before breakfast, is that OK, it will be sort of at same time? Is anyone else's child reacting to rice? I am still getting distended stomach every night - but OK in morning??? Now that I've tried withdrawing every food/supplement with no effect only rice is left. We took him off his gf rice crispies and he's been a bit horrid. Dieoff? Coincidence? Now he's suddenly craving rice and rice cakes. I want to go off all rice products to see if it helps, but am really stuck what to give for breakfast. He does NOT like new foods. Happy to hear suggestions
Guest guest
Dear , We've got the same problem with rice. Yvette seems to crave it. I'm trying to cut down the amount she eats, and I'm tempted to go SCD, but I don't think we can do without any rice or pasta in the diet yet. Re breakfast, Yvette also adores gf/cf rice crispies. But I've found recently she will also eat: boiled eggs (she enjoys the process of getting the egg out of its shell); home-made gf pancakes (I tried the ones from a packet, and they were disgusting - home-made ones are very easy to make, and taste almost as good as normal ones - although I do use rice milk); omlettes, with ham; and scrambled egg and sausages.
