Anyway, while I feel like I got an awesome cardio workout, I don't think it did much for my upper body Yeah, its mainly endurance type stuff with the weights. You could definitely add on a weight day with this one. Glad to hear you got it done. I'm sure you felt as I did that it was a great accomplishment. ~*~~*~Need a new ride? Anyway, while I feel like I got an awesome cardio workout, I don't think it did much for my upper body so I pulled out Muscle Max and did the upper body premix on it. I wasn't crazy over that premix because I would have liked another set on most exercises, and the way the DVD was put together, you don't even know what you are working when she starts so I had no idea what weights to grab.
