Question about protein drinks.

Hello all,

I've been lurking for awhile and i'd like to say how much i've enjoyed

all of your posts, they've really given me a great deal of support and

confidence.

I have a question about the protein drinks after workouts. EAS is now

making a protein only drink called Precision Protein, it has 42g of

protein and no carbs (sweetened by Sucralose/Ace K).

Does anyone know if you " need " the carbs after a workout or can your

body just use what it's got as long as it has the protein/aminos?

I don't want to eat up my newly formed muscle.

I'm an endomorph and pretty carb sensitive.
