Guest guest Posted June 8, 2007 Report Share Posted June 8, 2007 Hello all, I've been lurking for awhile and i'd like to say how much i've enjoyed all of your posts, they've really given me a great deal of support and confidence. I have a question about the protein drinks after workouts. EAS is now making a protein only drink called Precision Protein, it has 42g of protein and no carbs (sweetened by Sucralose/Ace K). Does anyone know if you " need " the carbs after a workout or can your body just use what it's got as long as it has the protein/aminos? I don't want to eat up my newly formed muscle.
