Pain in the Joints

This is something I don't have - BUT, when rheumatic fever hit, oh my

god, I hurt so bad I thought I would die for sure. Then it was a combo

of Medrol and Morpheine to get me back to health.

I have friends with arthritis who take Glucosamine which is beneficial

to them. Lillie, my shepherd, was on Cosequin for her joints which

helped give her a good quality of life till the end.

Side note to Glucosamine: if you are allergic to shellfish, don't take

it. I checked out the ingredients once and saw this. So, should I

develop joint pain, it's not for me - but perhaps Naprosyn will do just

as well...or I will just keep moving, and keep my joints

moving...lol...maybe I should just walk across country on deserted

roads like Forrest Gump did, then turn around and walk home? lol At

least I could meet alot of you that way!
