Re: Sediment in Stool - about Hulda flushes

Tim and I have been doing Hulda liver flushes. I tried one

last year out of desperation to get well. I did 5 or 6 in the end -

first producing " chaff " then stones then nothing for the last 2

flushes. Tim has been producing bigger and bigger stones! It's

quite amazing. He's done about 7 flushes now and has produced bigger

and bigger stones (we think the fact that his appendix burst a few

years ago is somehow linked - but we're not sure). I think we both

feel better for doing these flushes.

I think they can't be just made from only the oil and magnesium drink

alone because I would have kept making stones rather than stopping as

I did after a few flushes. We expect Tim will stop too and then plan

to do them as maintenance.

Best wishes

Sandy
