Guest guest
Hi, I'm new to the group and new to BFL. I read the book many years ago with the intention of doing it, but my motivation dwindled away. So here I am, years later, at 45 y.o., really trying to make an effort to keep exercise in my life. I have been working with a trainer for the past month, twice a week, working on core muscle training and light weights. I am still struggling with getting 3 extra days of cardio in but usually get a walk in 1 to 2x a week. I am struggling with what and how much to eat and when. I did get some whey protein powder but I am confused as to how to incorporate this into my meals. I really want to lose body fat and get lean long muscles along with losing about 15-20 pounds. I have BFLW book on order and I do have BFL from the library to refresh myself. I would appreciate any helpful information to get me started and keep me going. I guess I need a few suggestions as to snack ideas without eating the protein bars.along with any suggessions..thanks ~Lori " The world is full of willing people, some who are willing to work, and others who are willing to let them " - Frost __
