Guest guest
Good job! Finish strong. If your eating is good (lots of protein, fruits and veggies, lots of water) it's entirely possible to take some of those measurements down another half inch in a week. Guest guest
- Your measurements are awesome - looks like you exceeded your personal goals. You are making great strides to being healthy and living your BODY FOR LIFE! Just making the entire 12 weeks is a feat in itself - not everyone succeeds at that! You are an inspiration to all of us on this BFL journey! Keep rockin' on! ~B CAT wrote: Ok, so just wanted to share my new measurements with everyone... My goal for this 12 weeks was to be about a 1/2 inch smaller in a few places, but that is ok. I'll give my final results at the end of next week. I do plan to continue this for another *challenge*. My strength has been exercising. It is much easier for me to get up at 6:30am to do my exercises and I have only missed a few. My weakness is my eating. I have not stuck to the plan 100%. It is not like I am eating junk food though, just carby meals like cereal and yogurt at times. I am sure that is why I have seen a plateau. I really need to get back into the habit of eating more balanced meals. God Bless,
Guest guest
Thanks for the encouragement! That helps a lot! I am going to be trying my hardest to stay on track!! Even if I see the slightest loss in measurement in the next week I will be very happy!! Re: Week 11 Update Good job! Finish strong.
